Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

Our returns policy is simple and hassle free.  You can return your merchandise to our warehouse within 30 days from your item’s ship date.  Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels.  Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.  To start the returns process please contact us via email at INFO@THATSMYGOD.COM 

RETURNS SHIPPING

Do not return the item until after you have contacted us at INFO@THATSMYGOD.COM and have been instructed to return the item.  If the item is being returned because of a TMG Apparel error we will gladly cover the cost of the return shipping by sending you a USPS return label via email.  Unless the item is being returned to us because of TMG Apparel error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

REFUNDS PROCESSING

Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you via email of approval or rejection of your returned item(s).  If approved, the refund will be processed and refunded to the original method of payment.  It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return.  Once processed, your refund can take 2-7 days to reflect on your account statement.
